Ms Yuanyuan Serena Zheng is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and New York, USA. With nearly a decade of experience at a top international law firm, she led teams in cross-border transactions exceeding US$10 billion. She then transitioned into finance and investment, serving as Deputy CEO of a Hong Kong mainboard listed company. She has spearheaded significant acquisitions and managed an investment portfolio of HK$9 billion for the past nine years.
Her academic background includes a bachelor’s and master’s degree in law from Sun Yat-sen University. She also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms Zheng is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. She is passionate about community engagement, currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Sun Yat-sen University United Alumni Association (Hong Kong), in addition to holding directorships and memberships in various chambers of commerce and professional associations.
Ms Zheng’s son is currently enrolled at Sha Tin College and has a keen enthusiasm for STEM, business, and Model United Nations (MUN).
