Established in 1966, Beacon Hill School was temporarily housed in the Tin Kwong Road Police School in Ho Man Tin. In 1967, the school became an ESF primary school with student numbers rapidly increasing to 760 within a few years. The school moved to its current location in Kowloon Tong in 1968.
