Discovery College was opened in 2008 in Discovery Bay as one of the Private Independent Schools in Hong Kong. The college was transformed from it’s predecessor, Bauhinia School, which was opened in 2002 in Lai King. Discovery College is now an IB World School offering an all-through education from primary to secondary graduation for 1,450 students. The award-winning eight-storey building design is well-known amongst the residents of Lantau Island.
