The Career Development Service aims to provide vocational training opportunities for Year 12 and 13 Learning Support students within the Learning Diversity department in ESF schools. Our service provides work placements that allow students to access authentic work environments. It enables them to utilise their classroom-based training and knowledge in real-life job situations related to business, administration, retail, hospitality, catering, and more.
Through our comprehensive programme, students have the opportunity to cultivate confidence and independence while engaging in vocational experiences outside the classroom, thereby fostering a profound sense of contribution and self-awareness within the broader community.
These invaluable experiences will not only enrich their personal development but will also foster essential employability skills that will lay a strong foundation for their future endeavours following graduation.
