ESF Schools
If your child is going to withdraw from the school, please complete and submit the Student Withdrawal Form via the ESF app at least one calendar month before the last attendance date.
If you are withdrawing your child at the end of this academic year, please submit the Student Withdrawal Form via the ESF app on or before 1 June. Otherwise, we will assume that your child is returning after summer and parents are liable to the tuition fees for September even if the student does not return to school.
All-Through Schools
If your child is going to withdraw from the College, please complete and submit the Student Withdrawal Form via the ESF app at least two calendar months before the last attendance date. In any event if your child will be leaving school at the end of the school year, withdrawal notice must be received by 30 April. Otherwise your deposit on account will be forfeited.
Kindergartens
If your child is going to withdraw from the Kindergarten, please complete and submit the Student Withdrawal Form via the ESF app at least one calendar month in advance. In any event if your child will be leaving school at the end of the school year, withdrawal notice must be received by 1 June. Otherwise your debenture on account will not be redeemed. If a student is not returning to school in the following year and his/her parent has not submitted the Student Withdrawal Form via the ESF app on or before 1 June , the parent is liable to the tuition fees for September even if the student does not return to school.
