ESF promotes a culture of continuous learning, expecting our staff to continually and proactively equip themselves with skills to enhance their career development. While ESF Centre and schools will provide regular training on language, computer skills, customer services and health and safety courses, staff members are also encouraged to take up job-relevant courses through external training providers as well.
We also believe that it is our responsibility to contribute to the society and set examples for students and other members of the community. We organise a number of social responsibility events on a regular basis. Some of these events involve the participation of our students and their families, for example, beach clean-up and visits to elderly homes with self-made delicacies.
